HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE MY MITT?

Dermatologists recommend exfoliating once to twice a week, depending on skin type. For sensitive skin, we recommend exfoliating once a week to ensure you do not strip all your natural body oils or dehydrate the skin.

A gentle reminder, don’t be too harsh when exfoliating.  Apply gentle pressure as needed to avoid irritation and redness.

HOW LONG DOES THE MITT LAST?

Bacteria build up can form within the fabric in a high moisture environment. We recommend replacing the mitt every 4 mths for hygiene purposes. With proper care the mitt can last up to 6 mths.

CAN I SHARE THE MITT WITH OTHERS?

For hygiene purposes, it is recommended not to share mitts.

CAN I USE THE MITT WHEN SUNBURNT?

We strongly advise not to exfoliate when sunburnt as it will further irritate your skin.  The mitt is excellent to help remove the dry, flaky skin caused by the sun damage.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Results are dependant on what you are trying to achieve.  Your skin will feel silky smooth after the first use. Depending on your skin type, you will notice dead skin or fake tan peeling as you firmly glide the mitt up and down your body.  Results for scarring and stretch marks may be evident after 4-5 uses in 1-2 months.

CAN I USE SOAP OR CREAM WHILE USING THE MITT?

No.  The mitt works by using friction; therefore, no soap or conditioners are required.  Ensure your body is clean of oils and not under water when using the mitt.

HOW DO I WASH MY MITT?

Thoroughly rinse with hot water. Use only natural/gentle soap to clean the mitt.  Place in a clean, dry place to air and dry out.  Do not machine wash.

CAN I USE THE BODY MITT ON MY FACE?

For hygiene purposes, we do not recommend using the body mitt on your face.  We offer an exfoliating face mitt, which is designed for the face. It can be found here.

IS THE MITT 100% NATURAL?

Yes.  The mitt is made from 100% raw Turkish silk, crafted by the top textile engineers.

WILL MY SKIN PEEL OFF VISIBLY?

Most people do see visible peeling. Skin peeling depends on skin type, and visible peeling results may vary as everyone’s skin is different; it is dependant on how much dead skin or tan they have on their body.

If you do not experience visible peeling, please know that the mitt works effectively, removing the dead skin cells and exfoliating your skin. Revealing a smoother, softer, brighter glowing skin.  If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Can I amend my order?

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for help on recovery of packages.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to cancel it.

My order was unsuccessful; What should I do?

If your order was not successfully placed, please check the correct (matching your card details) address, postal code and authentication code (if applicable) were used. This is an enhanced security feature to guard against credit card fraud.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayNOW (Singapore), Visa, Mastercard credit/debit cards via HitPay.

CUSTOMS / TAX & CURRENCY

We ship to most international countries. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. International orders are shipped with UPS, ARAMAX or DHL depending on the order.

Please Note : International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. www.kulitandco.com is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of products purchased.

However. If we had mistakenly send out the wrong product, take a photo of the order we sent out and write to info@kulitandco.com to alert us. We will provide the mailing address for you to return it. Postage then will be paid by us due to our mistake.
